Supply Chain Manager

Reports to: Operations Director

Supervises: Procurement, Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics Teams

Role Summary:

Oversees the end-to-end material and product flow — from supplier sourcing to customer delivery — ensuring reliability, efficiency, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute material forecasts aligned with production schedules.

2. Manage supplier negotiations, purchase contracts, and cost reduction programs.

3. Maintain optimal inventory levels and warehouse accuracy.

4. Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including import/export coordination.

5. Ensure timely delivery to customers and minimize delivery variances.

6. Digitize planning and inventory visibility (ERP/MRP system).

7. Collaborate with QA for supplier quality and with Operations for production readiness.

Education & Experience

● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business.

● Minimum 8+ years experience in procurement, logistics, or planning for manufacturing or packaging industries.

● Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP) and data-driven decision-making.

● Familiar with import/export compliance and freight management.
