System Coordination & Implementation
- Gather business requirements from users and coordinate with Odoo vendors/IT for system development and enhancement.
- Coordinate system implementation, configuration updates, and operational improvements.
- Support the transition from manual processes to standardized Odoo workflows.
Testing & Go-live Support
- Coordinate UAT, validate business processes, and track issues before Go-live.
- Work with vendors and users to ensure system readiness and successful deployment.
System Operations & User Support
- Monitor daily system operations and coordinate issue resolution.
- Provide user guidance, basic training, and post-implementation support.
- Maintain data accuracy and support continuous improvement of system workflows.
