The Employer Branding Officer is responsible for planning and executing recruitment marketing activities to strengthen the company’s employer image and support factory hiring priorities.
This role focuses on promoting the company’s positive working environment, core values, and development direction to the labor market, while ensuring recruitment communication accurately reflects real working conditions and enhances candidate attraction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Marketing & Communication
Plan and execute recruitment marketing activities aligned with factory hiring needs.
Manage recruitment communication across multiple channels, including:
Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Zalo OA, TikTok)
Job platforms
Internal communication channels
Develop and publish recruitment-focused content such as:
Job postings and hiring announcements
Workplace photos and short videos
Employee stories and project highlights
Company updates and operational milestones
Industry-related knowledge sharing (automotive & composites)
Promote the company’s positive work environment, core values, growth initiatives, and organizational strengths through recruitment communication.
Highlight employee achievements, team collaboration, innovation initiatives, and business milestones to enhance employer attractiveness.
Coordinate with Headquarter (HQ) for review and approval of recruitment marketing materials when required.
Support recruitment campaigns to improve candidate flow and applicant quality.
Monitor and track recruitment marketing performance metrics, including:
Candidate source
Post reach and engagement
Channel effectiveness
Prepare basic reports and suggest improvements based on data insights.
Bachelor’s or College degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment marketing or social media communication.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
Experience creating basic recruitment content (images, short videos) using common digital tools or AI-supported tools is required.
Strong understanding of recruitment marketing and candidate attraction channels.
Familiarity with social media platforms and job portals (e.g., Facebook, Zalo OA, LinkedIn, job sites).
Ability to create practical and engaging recruitment content aligned with factory realities.
Good coordination and communication skills with both office and production teams.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple communication priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Proficient in MS Office and digital content tools.
