Review and validate recruitment requests in alignment with headcount plan, organizational structure, and job requirements
Execute full-cycle recruitment: job posting, CV screening, candidate communication, interview coordination, testing (if required), and offer process
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Candidate Database & Reporting
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment data
Verify new employee records and coordinate handover to HR records management
Manage recruitment, training, and employee data confidentiality
Prepare weekly recruitment reports and HR reports for Payroll (new hires, resignations, bank updates, email deactivation, training lists, allowances, etc.)
Onboarding Support
Prepare onboarding documents and support orientation sessions
Assist new hires during their first week to ensure smooth integration
Follow up with new employees during probation period and provide necessary support
Offboarding & Retention
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback
Manage resignation and handover process
Update leave information and process in the system
Propose and implement initiatives to reduce turnover rate
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and familiarity with recruitment tools/platforms
Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Careful, detail-oriented, and responsible in work.
