Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various medical positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessment to ensure a high-quality pool of applicants.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to source potential candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as nursing schools or medical associations, to generate a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to medical talent acquisition.
  • Do employer branding activities. Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in a medical laboratory or hospital / polyclinic setting.
  • Strong understanding of the medical field and knowledge of various medical positions.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and selecting candidates using a variety of recruitment methods.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information related to candidates and hiring processes.
