Job Description

Proactively sourcing and building candidate pipelines through recruitment platforms, social media, internal referrals, headhunting, and more.
Managing end-to-end recruitment for staff, specialist and manager roles as per departmental needs.
Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and define selection criteria and recruitment strategies.
Handling the full recruitment process: job posting, CV screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding support.
Supporting employer branding efforts via internal communications, university partnerships, job fairs, and social media campaigns.
Maintaining and reporting recruitment data and KPIs to the HR Manager on a regular basis.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
At least 3 year of recruitment experience (in-house or headhunting agency experience is a plus).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Proactive, growth-minded, and results-oriented.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and interview techniques.
Creative thinking and content writing skills are a plus for employer branding activities.
