Purpose of position:
The TA Executive is a key position to manage assigned recruitment activities from end-to-end processes, support TA Supervisor to build, develop policies, procedures and responsible for employer branding activities.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
1. Recruitment execution – 80%
- Work with HRBP and stake holders for Job Requirement and demand of vacancies.
- Execute recruiting all assigned positions in time as demand for the organization via diversified channels.
- Screen applications and short-listed for interview rounds.
- Build talent pool of critical positions.
- Proactively search and approach potential good candidates.
- Support the team to manage end-to-end recruitment process (including job posting, screening, interviewing, offering, background check….)
- Proactively review resourcing strategy & planning aligned with the business priorities & output forecasts.
- Create sustainable talent acquisition recruitment strategies and techniques.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders. Provide recruitment advice for hiring managers with a deep understanding of labor markets.
2. Employer Branding activities – 10%
- In charge of planning, developing, managing, and overseeing employer branding activities.
- Work with the Marketing team to maintain & develop the company's profiles on social media (LinkedIn, FB) job boards, website to ensure consistent branding and widen resources.
- Inspire potential employees to be brand ambassadors and manage employee referral programs.
- Recommend measures to improve employee retention.
3. Develop policies, procedures and report – 10%
- Support to build HR policies, procedures, frameworks to maintain consistency & standard across all hiring activities.
- Update information about the market situation, recruitment, recruitment program proposed to improve the efficiency of recruitment.
- Responsible for all reports, including headcount reports, employee satisfaction, turnover report, etc.
- Analyze and evaluate the efficiency of recruitment methods.
- Support recruitment budget in different channels when required from line manager.
