Job Purpose:
The Talent Development Employee supports company in strengthening its hiring, talent development, and training activities. The role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for office, technical, and factory positions, supporting succession planning and employee development initiatives, and coordinating learning and development programs. This position contributes to building a strong talent pipeline, improving workforce capability, and supporting stable plant operations
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for office, technical, and production roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring aligned with business needs.
- Coordinate mass recruitment activities for factory workers and machine operators to support production plans and shift requirements.
- Collaborate with plant supervisors and department heads to review, update, and standardize job descriptions based on operational tasks, technical requirements, and safety standards.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and sourcing effectiveness, to improve overall hiring performance.
- Support workforce planning and talent mapping initiatives to strengthen the organization’s future talent pipeline.
- Maintain and update succession planning data, and assist in identifying critical skill and capability gaps across key plant functions.
- Coordinate with department leaders to develop and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for high-potential employees and key successors.
- Organize and implement annual training plans, including compliance, technical, and internal development programs.
- Manage training administration and logistics, and follow up on training effectiveness to ensure learning outcomes are applied in the workplace.
