Talent Acquisition Executive

I/ Job Summary:

Your Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on mass hiring for the F&B industry. You will develop sourcing strategies, build talent pools, and ensure a seamless recruitment process to meet workforce needs.

II/ Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute recruitment strategies, especially for high-volume hiring needs
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to forecast and understand workforce requirements
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs,…
• Conduct screenings and interviews, and organize onboarding processes
• Update candidate database and prepare recruitment status reports
• Enhance employer branding to attract top talent
• Contribute to HR operations and support internal activities

III/ Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in F&B or Retail industry
• Proven experience in mass hiring is a big plus
