As our TA Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping our hiring strategy, building strong partnerships across the business, and leading a passionate TA team to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with business goals
- Lead and inspire a team of recruiters to hit hiring targets and elevate recruitment standards
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand talent needs
- Use data and insights to continuously improve recruiting processes and outcomes
- Champion employer branding and candidate experience
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for both Mass and Back office, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Passion for people, process, and performance
