Galaxy Technology Services is a member of Galaxy Holdings, a digital technology group within the Sovico ecosystem. The company specializes in providing high-end technology talent solutions for key industries including banking & finance, securities, insurance, aviation, real estate, healthcare, and education.
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for building and leading the recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and develop high-quality software and technology talent across the organization. This is a strategic role, working closely with the Leadership Team and Hiring Managers of Galaxy Technology Services and Galaxy Holdings (Group) to ensure access to the best talent pools in the technology market.
Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop, implement, and continuously optimize the Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s growth direction (current and next 2–3 years).
- Proactively analyze the technology labor market, identify key talent pools, and monitor workforce trends.
- Build and strengthen the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and consistent, compelling recruitment messaging.
2. Recruitment Operations Management
- Lead, manage, and coach the Talent Acquisition team (3–10 members) to ensure high performance and an excellent candidate experience.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing → attracting → assessing → closing.
- Define and manage recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.).
- Ensure a fair, effective, and standardized candidate assessment process.
3. Strategic Partner to Hiring Managers
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to Hiring Managers, providing insights on the labor market, job requirements, competency expectations, and sourcing strategies.
- Support workforce planning and quarterly/annual headcount planning.
- Provide insights on salary benchmarks, market competitiveness, and key factors influencing senior talent attraction.
4. Employer Branding
- Collaborate with Marketing and HR teams & group to execute talent attraction initiatives: employer branding content, recruitment events, tech meetups, talk shows, and campus partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong talent communities across the tech ecosystem, including engineers, product managers, data professionals, designers, and senior leaders.
- Represent the company as an employer of choice within the technology community.
5. Senior & Leadership Talent Acquisition
- Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with senior-level candidates (Senior, Lead, Principal, Head/Director levels).
- Conduct interviews, negotiations, and communications fluently in English with international candidates and global partners.
- Establish a long-term networking strategy to maintain a strong pipeline for hard-to-fill and critical roles.
6. Other Responsibilities
- Participate in broader HR initiatives related to people management, organizational development, and team engagement as assigned by leadership and direct managers.
