Talent Acquisition Manager

Ensuring to provide the sufficient resource timely to meet the business needs and deliver the business results. Driving the recruitment process, probation and exit interview effectively.

Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to assess talent requirements and advising about the talent acquisition solutions              

Identifying and assessing a diverse candidate pool; talent mapping, market talent movement analysis                      

Providing regular updates & tracking hiring process to hiring managers and business leaders                      

Utilizing multiple tools and approaches to identify the best candidates                 

Ensuring that all new joined employees well prepare the personal files and follow Boarding Checklist                      

Partnering effectively with HR teammates when working compensation, compliance, onboarding, and other processes.               

Completion of any tasks that may be required from direct superior.                      

Analysis the exit interview to have the proper solution for divisions                      

Develop, motivate, and coaching to ensure a capable & engaging TA team           

3+ years recruiting experience at least in a corporate and/or agency environment     

Minimum BS/BA or equivalent experience          

Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and employment market trends  

Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent 

Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment          

Good skills in interview, negotiations, result delivering and communication           

Strong people management skill
