Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and develop our recruitment function. In this role, you will be responsible for building effective recruitment strategies, leading the Talent Acquisition team, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.

You will play a key role in strengthening Ozeol's employer brand and supporting the company's long-term business growth through strategic talent acquisition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Recruitment team to enhance capability, improve performance, and foster a high-performing working environment.
  • Ensure the Recruitment team consistently achieves hiring objectives and recruitment KPIs established by management.
  • Support the team in meeting both qualitative and quantitative recruitment targets on a daily basis.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with company recruitment procedures, policies, and established timelines.
  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand workforce requirements and develop accurate job descriptions and hiring plans for each position.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networking, and employee referrals, to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support both immediate hiring demands and long-term recruitment objectives.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure recruitment activities are aligned with the company's overall HR strategies and business objectives.
  • Monitor recruitment performance by tracking key hiring metrics and preparing regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives.
  • Lead employer branding activities to strengthen Ozeol's reputation as an employer of choice and attract top talent.

Job Requirement

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within the trading or fast-paced corporate sectors. Proven track record of successfully driving recruitment strategies for Sales and Commercial positions. Experience in managing cross-border or global recruitment projects is highly advantageous.
  • Excellence in English.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and current talent acquisition trends.
  • Excellente communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidence in handling recruitment activities.
