Job Description

* JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Planning, recruiting, and developing a qualified workforce to align with the Company’s business plan.
  • Exploring effective recruitment channels, advertising, screening, interviewing, and recommending suitable candidates for user’s departments by specified criteria.
  • Following up recruitment procedures to ensure headcount approval according to HR policy.
  • Preparing management reports including headcount reports and advertisement cost analysis.
  • Improving industrial relations through the organization of employee activities and programs.
  • Searching the workforce market.
  • Working with a headhunter to ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates
  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Screening resumes.
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
  • Administering appropriate company assessments.
  • Performing reference and background checks.
  • Making recommendations to HR managers and hiring managers.
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
  • Following up on the interview process status.
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.
  • Staying current on the company’s organizational structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
  • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity.
  • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirement

  • At least 5 years of experience in Recruitment for the manufacturing company for Indirect labor
  • Experience in Engineering, Mechanical, Automotive, Molding field is advantage.
  • University level at least
  • English communication skill.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in labor law, knowledge in build-up regulation, SOP, WI in assignment duty
  • Preferably experience in an international environment/organization
  • Know international standard
  • Computer Skills in MS
