Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Source and attract qualified candidates based on organizational and business needs.
Partner with hiring managers and provide advice on talent availability, market trends, and candidate selection.
Organize and facilitate assessment tests and professional interview rounds.
Create and maintain Job Descriptions (JDs) and ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies.
Support recruitment operations and onboarding processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in a corporate or fast-growing environment.
Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English.
