Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Leader who can lead a team of recruiters while acting as a strategic partner for the business.

This role is responsible for driving hiring delivery, improving recruitment efficiency, and building scalable TA processes and capabilities to support OnPoint’s rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition members
  • Allocate resources and manage workload to ensure hiring targets are met
  • Monitor team performance through key metrics:
  • Time-to-hire
  • Conversion rates
  • Hiring quality
  • Drive accountability and performance within the team

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with business leaders to:
  • Understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Define hiring strategy and workforce planning
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for key/critical roles
  • Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and high-impact roles
  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience and employer representation

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers
  • Challenge and align on:
  • Candidate profiles
  • Hiring expectations
  • Market realities
  • Drive faster and more effective decision-making in the hiring process

Process Improvement & TA Projects

  • Work with the internal team to:
  • Identify bottlenecks in the hiring funnel and implement improvements
  • Lead or participate in TA-related projects, such as:
  • Hiring process optimization
  • Interview framework standardization
  • Candidate experience enhancement
  • Drive continuous improvement with a data-driven approach

Systems & Reporting

  • Work with the internal team to:
  • Build and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports
  • Track and analyze key hiring metrics:
  • Pipeline health
  • Conversion rates
  • Hiring efficiency
  • Collaborate to improve ATS and TA tools
  • Standardize recruitment processes and guidelines

Employer Branding (Collaboration)

  • Work with internal teams to support employer branding initiatives
  • Contribute insights on talent market and candidate expectations
  • Support campaigns to attract high-quality talent

Job Requirement

Education background requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field.

Experience/Industry requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • At least 1–2 years in a team lead / mentoring role
  • Experience in tech / e-commerce / startup / high-growth environment is highly preferred
