We are looking for a sharp and driven Talent Acquisition to lead sourcing and headhunting activities. This role focuses on building strong pipelines of high-quality candidates, proactively approaching talents in the market, and ensuring we hire the right people for key positions.

WHAT YOU WILL INVOLVE
Drive end-to-end sourcing/hiring strategies
Proactively hunt and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, networks, events, and referrals.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
Stay updated with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Plan employer branding initiatives to attract qualified candidates.
WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE
2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, with proven strength in sourcing/headhunting, preferably in manufacturing or factory
Strong networking skills and ability to approach passive candidates.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, organized, and confident working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good English
