Partner with Brand Teams to develop store staff competencies, ensuring the achievement of brand sales targets through training and development activities.
Address training needs in alignment with the training plan and ad-hoc requests.
Design and develop comprehensive training materials.
Deliver training sessions on Brand DNA, sales skills, product knowledge, and sales operations for store staff.
Deliver orientation sessions and soft skills training for office functions.
Execute the field coaching for store staff to ensure store standards.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, implement continuous improvements and provide regular training reports.
Execute additional duties or projects as assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirement
At least 2-3 years of experience as a Sales/Soft Skills Trainer or in Sales Capability Management.
Experience in the fashion retail industry is highly preferred.
Familiar with a variety of training methods: classroom training, field coaching, online/webinar training, etc.
A strong sense of aesthetics and a keen interest in fashion trends.
High service standards with a dedicated service mindset.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
