Job Description

Design and implement new cold storage warehouses and refrigerated transport networks (temperature zoning, equipment selection, etc.).
Ensure compliance with local regulations (food safety, GSP/GMP standards) and obtain necessary transport permits.
Manage vendors (refrigeration system suppliers, cold truck providers, etc.)
Oversee temperature-controlled warehouse operations (inventory control, temperature monitoring).
Optimize refrigerated trucking routes and scheduling for efficiency.
Control costs (energy efficiency, loss reduction) and set KPIs.
Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety standards.

Graduated from College or above with related majors in Logistics, Supply chain, International Trade… or other fields.
3+ years of management experience in cold chain logistics (refrigerated warehousing & transport).
Understanding of Vietnam’s logistics regulations (transport permits, food safety laws).
English: Upper-Intermediate level.
