[Tân Phú] Business Analyst

We are looking for someone who can:

• Understand real business problems
• Translate them into scalable system solutions
• And most importantly, measure and prove the impact of those solutions​​​​​​​

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and standardize requirements
• Translate requirements into:
  • Functional specifications
  • User stories
  • Process flows (BPMN / flowcharts)
• Prioritize features based on business value (not assumptions)
• Define KPIs and track user behavior and feature adoption
• Monitor and evaluate features post-release
• Analyze issues and identify root causes within the system
• Build dashboards and operational reports (Power BI / Excel) to support decision-making

1. Yoe: 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
2. Proven ability to:
   • Clarify and structure business requirements
   • Design process flows (BPMN / flowcharts)

• Strong data mindset (KPI definition, tracking, analysis)
• Hands-on experience with reporting or dashboard tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership
• SQL or experience with BI tools
• Understanding of system architecture or product lifecycle
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
