[Tân Phú, HCM] Finalization Staff/Report checker - Solfline lab

We are looking for a detail-driven Report Reviewer (Softlines) to review and validate testing reports by cross-checking test assignments, client requirements, protocols, and laboratory results, ensuring that only accurate and compliant reports are released to customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Report Review & Validation (Core Responsibility)

• Review testing reports prior to release by verifying:
  • Test assignment and scope
  • Client requirements and specifications
  • Protocols, standards, and test methods
  • Laboratory test results and conclusions
• Ensure all report content is accurate, consistent, and properly presented
• Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information and ensure corrections are made before release

2. Cross-functional Communication & Clarification

• Communicate with Lab, Customer Service, and relevant stakeholders to clarify unclear or conflicting information
• Ensure all required information is correctly reflected in the final report

3. Report Issuance & Turnaround

• Ensure reports are issued on time in line with agreed turnaround time (TAT)
• Maintain discipline in meeting deadlines without compromising accuracy

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure all reports meet internal quality standards and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and traceability for reviewed reports

5. Other Duties

• Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related fields
• 2 - 4 years of experience in:
  • Softlines / garment / textile / footwear / toys testing
  • OR testing service / laboratory environment
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents in English
• High attention to detail and strong sense of accuracy and responsibility
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and handle clarification effectively

Preferred Background

• Experience in report checking / finalization / technical review
• Experience in chemical testing reports (RSL, REACH, etc.)
• Familiarity with:
  • Testing protocols and standards
  • Report structure, format, and conclusion logic
• Exposure to ISO 17025 environment
