[Tân Phú, HCM] Quality Documentation Officer - ISO/IEC 17025 for TIC Lab

Job Purpose

To support to Global Operation and Quality Department in maintaining, controlling, and improving the Quality Management System in accordance with USO/IEC 17025 requirements, with a primary focus on documentation control and record management

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the quality Management System in line with ISO/IEC 17025.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, formatting, and updating procedures, work instructions, forms, and quality manuals. Keep them updated in D4
• Ensure proper document control, revision tracking, and version management
• Maintain master document list updated

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Quality management, or a related field
• 1 year experience in QA in Testing Lab (work in laboratory or quality department preferred)
• Basic knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficien at English
