Tax & Payable Accountant

AS & WHEN

1. Assists Finance Manager to ensure that timely procedures and controls are all implemented in Accounting Department

2. Ad-Hoc assignments as directed by General accountant/ Finance Manager and Finance & CFO

DAILY

1. AP management

• Set-up new vendors in the ERP system, ensure correct vendor’s information.
• Receive/ check vendor invoice & contract.
• Maintain and organize support for vendors remittances.
• Perform reconciliation with intercompanies every month-end.
• Other requirement if any

MONTHLY

• Monthly Tax declaration: prepare report & payment to tax department by the 20th of the month (VAT/FCT/PIT).
• Handling Tax reconciliation with PIC from HCM Tax authority.
• Upon request Tax declaration: Business Tax (for Projects).
• Monthly Projects report booking: Must meet with group deadline.
• Cash position report: 16th and 1st monthly

1. Academic standards, exam levels, subjects: Accounting Basic from university or above.

2. Technical skills & knowledge

• Computer Literate i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Knowledge of International Accounting System is value added.

3. Human skills

• Ability to effectively communicate with employees of all areas.
• Ability to maintains good connections with customers/ suppliers/ colleagues.

4. Experience

• 3-4 years of experience in Tax & payable accounting.
• Well understanding & update the latest Tax regulations.
• Worked in multi-national company is preference.

5. Domestic circumstances

• Willing to work under pressure and overtime.
• Commitment and whole dedication to the job.
