Job Description

Build brand image of the Company's products and services.

2. Develop marketing strategies, brand communication plans/programs according to the Company's business strategy

3. Take the lead in organizing and implementing brand communication programs.

4. Conduct market research, identify customer needs and desires to segment the market and customers to serve the Company's business strategy.

5. Participate in media events and seminars.

6. Organize activities for media partners and media channels (including internal communication)

7. Develop advertising plans to increase awareness and attract customers' attention to products/services, serving business plans.

8. Organize and implement television advertising, outdoor, indoor, online advertising, social media (social networks) to create demand and promote customers' purchasing needs.

9. Organize events, introduce new products.

10. Build after-sales support programs, interact with customers through communication channels to maintain and increase customer satisfaction.

11. Build, manage and develop Digital Marketing channels

12. Collect information, manage content and control information on the Company's Digital.

Job Requirement

  1. Education: University - Major in Marketing
  2. English: communication skill, writing skill.
  3. Related experiences: 15 years in Marketing fields.
  4. Essential Capabilities: Sharp thinking with a strong ability to identify trends and understand user preferences
  5. Essential Capabilities: 
  • Strong logical and detail-oriented planning skills.
  • Public speaking and presentation skills.
  • High sense of responsibility and strong commitment to work.
