1. Business and new customer development
+ Advise team to develop customer line and expand local sales utilizing company and own resources. Build planning to find and develop new customers.
+ Identify sales opportunities and obtain sales leads proactively for our network.
+ Handle customer enquiries as and when required.
+ Match and over target of Revenue, inventory, overdue.
+ Timely report to General Manager, Deputy Manager/ Manager in form of weekly updates about market information, competitor situation.
2. Overdue management
+ Responsible for managing overdue of customers: Monitoring overdue, urge the payment, handle overdue related issue.
3. Inventory management
+ Follow-up inventory and make sure delivery PO within month, limit long-term inventory.
4. Other job as assignment by General Manager/ Manager/ Deputy Manager
5. Support team members to achieve targets
+ At least 2 YOE working as the same position.
+ Experienced in paper industry, packaging is an advantage.
+ Good English communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
+ Demonstrated leadership and planning skills.
