Job Description

Work as Bridge between Color lab and Dyeing dept. to Statistic, Analyze and Improve %RFT. Daily analyze Failed batches with dE ≥ 1.5 following SOP. Find out its Root cause and work with Dyeing or Color lab supervisors to generate preventive actions, and report to manager.
Act as Continuous improvement project leader to implement Color and Dyeing projects. Follow up projects when it’s done, and take actions if any different between Trial and Bulk application.
Support manager in IE standard calculation (Lean) for all position in Color and Dyeing division
Daily check Dyeing operation as a Process Technical auditor
Response for all Color and Dyeing system (Datacolor, Sedomaster, Automatic dispensing system, etc.)

Job Requirement

College degree or higher
Can accept Fresh graduated
Good Technical Data Statistic and Analysis skills are a MUST
Ability to Think, Work, Present, and Talk Sharp to Point
Ability to manage and prioritize own workload (Time management skill)
Ability to quality demand every time (Quality mindset)
Basic knowledge of Dyeing and Machine technology
Basic knowledge about Color theory is advance
Basic Chinese and English is advance
Basic Lean concept is advance
