Job Description

Lead the development of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for interior design and architectural projects.
Ensure all technical deliverables align with design intent, building codes, and industry standards.
Collaborate closely with design directors, architects, and project managers to translate design concepts into constructable solutions.
Review and coordinate shop drawings, materials, samples, and specifications from contractors and suppliers.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and drafters.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design quality, accuracy, and compliance with approved drawings.
Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery to stakeholders.
Liaise with consultants (MEP, structural, lighting, etc.) to integrate all technical aspects into the project seamlessly.
Troubleshoot technical challenges during design and construction stages, offering practical and innovative solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven minimum 8 years of experience as an Interior Designer or similar role in the interior design industry.
Strong porƞolio showcasing design high-quality projects, experience in hospitality design, is a must.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
