Technical Leader

Tittle: Acting Deputy of Technical Department

Job description:

1. Supporting technical department in proposing solutions to customers

2. Supervising sub-contractors at jobsites and coordinating with clients and main contractors/consultants

3. Being able to use DWG drawings and REVIT/BIM

4. Reporting to project managers/ director.

Selection criteria:

1.      Back ground: engineering university, understanding materials: PU, Epoxy, ESD flooring, expansion joint, facade

2.      Required skills and abilities:

a.      Being able to learn more new materials,

b.      Being good at communication, having the ability to work under pressure

c.       At least intermediate level of oral and written communication skills in English

d.      Negotiation skills including the ability to interact effectively with people of a different culture

e.      Responsibility, discipline

f.        Being able to research, analyze and report accurately and concisely

g.      Being able to listen & learn from what sounds different from what he/she may knows

3.      Experience: at least 2-3 years
