Technical Manager

Actively driving the Pre-Production functions by giving innovative technical solutions to mitigate bulk production issues

Conducting Risk Assessment with relevant parties by reviewing Samples, Tech pack and make sure Bulk feasibility to the Factory.

Provide solutions while Risk Assessment on accepting viable orders for mass production & provide simplifications to product for minimize the cost.

Keeping close relationships with Embellishment tech team, Product development Tech teams, IE Team, Mechanic and Production team to make sure to fix methods to meet standards in the OC sampling and Bulk.

Organizing necessary Training and awareness programs with internal teams to share customer’s standards, innovations, new methods as well as improve the productivity.

Coordinate with customer, Merchandising Team to Develop Feature mockup, project Samples & get approval as per agreed T&A.

Visiting production plants and setting standard processes to meet customer’s quality standards during the production.

Ensure Technical team to follow SOP and all staff are technically competent.

Maintaining Factory audits without major nonconformities in terms of Technical Process.

Involve to company projects such as SCPR/ HRA / Technical Packages set up/ Operations standardized, etc.

General Requirements: Knowledge in garment factory, fully understand the QCO process, knowledge in product quality standards

Priority: Working experience in adidas garment factory

Number of years of experience: Minimum 05 years’ experience in similar capacity in garment industry
