Key Responsibilities:
+ Participate in survey meetings with the Project Team and End Users to understand requirements and project scope.
+ Prepare SSW by comparing technical specifications, pricing, commercial terms…
+ Handle service requests related to construction repair activities (OPEX).
+ Source new contractors and initiate accreditation of new suppliers based on company
standards.
+ Draft and review procurement-related contracts and service agreements.
+ Collaborate with Legal and Technical teams to ensure clarity in contract scope and obligations.
+ Ensure contracts are properly documented and archived.
+Follow up on ongoing projects related to services, maintenance, or contractor execution.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering (CONSTRUCTION / MECHANICAL MANUFACTURING / ELECTRICAL AUTOMATION)
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in CONSTRUCTION / MECHANICAL MANUFACTURING / ELECTRICAL AUTOMATION or related field.
+ Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in PROJECT MANAGEMENT/PURCHASING
+ Good communication skills in English
+ Strong coordination and communication skills, especially in cross-functional environments.
+ Ability to read and analyse technical documents and compare supplier proposals.
+ Willingness to work on-site and conduct field surveys when required.
+ Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing multiple tasks.
