Job Description

Have a background in raw material mechanical manufacturing knowledge, well understand and do have manufacturing experience in sheet metal, stamping, wire harness, PCB, hardware, plastic molding etc..
Responsible for drawing design issues during the localization process of new products, holding meetings with foreign R&D teams to discuss drawing specifications and requirements, and completing the final design of the drawings.
Responsible for establishing and enhancing local suppliers to have well understanding of XP drawings and assisting Sourcing engineers in completing any technical barriers during the process of first sample of FAI inspection.
Responsible for establishing a framework model for the should-cost, actual-cost, and cost break down of raw materials applicable to our company.
Assist in optimizing non-essential costs in the supplier's production process, optimize BOM Cost from the perspective of production technology, and propose improvement plans.
Assist Buyer team in addressing any material technical issues during the raw material procurement process.
Have work experience in raw material procurement.
Priority will be given to those who are familiar with the product process engineering or quality management knowledge system, Having a strong background in mechanical manufacturing
Assist superiors in arranging other matters.

Bachelor's degree or above
More than 3 years of Sourcing area experience

Possess international communication skills, good written and oral expression abilities. College English Test Band 4 or above
