Business Development:
- Identify and target potential OEM partners for business relationships in Vietnam & SEA region
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and expand market presence in Vietnam & SEA
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other marketing campaigns.
Technical Sales & Consultation:
- Provide technical information and demonstrations of products and solutions to OEM customers.
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams to illustrate the value propositions of products.
- Support the technology evaluation stage of the sales process and address customer technical requirements.
Account Management & Customer Relations:
- Manage existing OEM accounts and build strong relationships.
- Provide customer service and support, including technical advice and resolving issues with installed products.
- Gather and log client feedback to help develop new sales and marketing strategies.
Sales Operations & Management:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and opportunities in the OEM market.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and technical documents.
- Negotiate on terms, pricing and secure long-term contracts with OEM partners.
- Track sales activities, report progress, and meet sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with internal technical, product development, and sales teams to meet customer needs.
