TECHNICAL SALES

Job Description

Support in research and find the potential clients for our new businesses and new potential projects
Support in preparing project proposals, bidding documents, related documentation (for customer discussions and new project development)
Support in preparing technical presentations and project proposals to customers.
Support in on-site surveys, waste quality surveys (solid waste, sludge)
Support in receiving, analyzing and summarizing information from customers;
Support in market analysis, competitors analysis
Research, identify and summarize the relevant legal documents to facilitate project advancement
Support in coordinating works related to project documents, site surveys, technical calculations;
Support in technical explanations (technical specifications and features) to potential customers.
Support in following and monitoring project implementation and contract implementation progress as well as updating implementation progress and project status
Support in monitoring construction progress and on-site status of group-participated projects as well as competitors’ projects
Support in establishing and maintaining communication channels with stakeholders.

Job Requirement

(1) Basic
Female, male from 30-45 years old (Male is much welcomed for site work)
Graduation from College, University major in Mechanical Engineering, or related engineerings.
Good communication skills: Group discussion, work well with a team environment.
Language: Good at Vietnamese and English oral and written communication, Japanese skills is a plus.
Honest, careful, enthusiastic, self-motivated, earnest, cooperativeness
Skilled in MS Office (especially Excel)
Working under deadline and high pressure
(2) Important experiences and potential capabilities
Experience on available Waste treatment technologies, especially Waste – to – Energy (WTE) and related waste management towards trending topics
Experience & capabilities on Sludge treatment: technologies, operation, business, fertilizer, biochar, …
Experience on other related Environmental business and sustainable development

Experience on Environmental license and legal procedures as well as Environmental impact assessment (EIA).
Experiences and potential capabilities relating to equipment, process, technical line, and technologies.
Experiences and potential capabilities to work with a wide range of technologies.
Experience in preparing payment documents for bidding packages
Willing to business trips and meet all job requirements
(3) Other experiences and potential capabilities (if any will be an advantage).
Experience in operation, maintenance, site work for environmental projects.
Experience in Import / export goods
Quality inspection and control
Participated in overseas training on environmental management and treatment
