      Job Description

      • Supervise Daily Operations: Manage sewing line activities and production targets.
      • Quality Control: Monitor quality and handle quality issues.
      • Team Management: Manage and support sewing operators.
      • Training & Support: Train and guide team members.
      • Coordination: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth production.

      Job Requirement

      • College degree or higher in Textile, Garment Technology, Sewing, or a related field
      • More than 5 years experience
      • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on findings
      • English communication skills
      • Meticulous attention to detail in documentation and project outputs.
      • A proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions
      • Willing to work at VSIP II-A Industrial park and business trip along country when needed.
