Technical Solution Staff (Nhân viên giải pháp kỹ thuật)

○ Check new customers' demand by checking new Inquiry and consider production capacity

- Collect customers’ opinion and consider to adjust technical production as requested

- Consult customers about choosing suitable products

○ Coordinate with other related Dept. to manage quality from material HR to CRC product:

- Consult Sales Dept. about choosing suitable material, system error during order input.

- Cooperate with Production Depts. to produce and provide good product for customers.

○ Handle customers’ issue related to claims, complaints…

- Collect and provide reasonable solutions for customer complaints.

- Collect data, information to investigate/ on site investigate to solve claims to satisfy customers.

○ Proceed Mill audit (SNI, TISI, SIRIM) to renewal the certificate for Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia market/support Anti Dumping.

-  Graduated from University with majors: Material Technology, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering Technology

-  Have at least 1 year experience in steel-related sectors

-  Good English

-  Have a active and positive thinker
