Technical Supervisor – Mold Control

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make mold drawings.
- Check and confirm molds from YMC / Mitas / Supplier.
- Control the mold making and repair process (including: Drawing → PR → Transportation → Inspection → Repair).
- Make drawings for other devices/parts used for testing (building drum, spacer, ring, etc.).
- Act as the window person to contact YMC for mold matters, including SEXY system operation.
- Support tire testing and reporting.
- Support tread die making.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Education: College or University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience:
- Having at least 01 year of experience in mold inspection.
- Having at least 01 year of working experience in a manufacturing plant.
- Certificates:
- Having an AutoCAD 3D certificate for making mold drawings / drum drawings / machine drawings.
- Having a mold inspection certificate issued by YMC (after being assigned to the job, if not yet available).
- Technical Skills:
- Able to read and understand technical drawings from makers/suppliers.
- Having mechanical skills to operate mechanical devices (grinder, drill, welding, etc.).
- Language: Basic English.
- Other requirements: ISO basic knowledge / Presentation skills.
