YOUR JOBS:

• Develop, review, and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for packaging and production processes.
• Ensure precise BOM data management in the Odoo system, covering materials, dimensions, and specifications.
• Optimize packaging methods to minimize costs, maximize space efficiency, enhance product protection and comply with export regulations and reduce transit damages.
• Collaborate with suppliers to select high-quality packaging materials and maintain stringent quality control.
• Lead the CAD team in designing precise 3D models and comprehensive technical drawings.
• For seamless integration, develop and manage structured CAD libraries and coding systems within Odoo.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure seamless component compatibility and manufacturability.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing technical team driven by expertise and innovation.
• Train, mentor, and empower team members with advanced technical skills and industry best practices.
• Ensure seamless integration and coordination across CAD, BOM, production, and procurement teams for optimal efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure data from the CAD team is sent out of the company or sent to related departments is correct
• Other tasks by Line Manager

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of relevant work experience in the furniture industry.
• Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and furniture design principles.
• Understanding of product research and development processes and techniques
• Strong leadership skills, coupled with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in CAD, Inventor, Solidworks software and other design tools, MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Proficiency in English.
• Have experience with Odoo ERP Systems (a plus)
