Job Description

Take ownership of product-related issues — investigate, conduct root cause analysis, and deliver effective solutions.
Act as the key liaison between customers and suppliers to resolve defects and complaints.
Provide technical guidance on product application, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Conduct product trials, sample testing, and support new project launches.
Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to implement corrective actions.
Prepare clear reports and turn customer feedback into improvement initiatives.

Language: English or Chinese proficiency (able to read/reply emails and communicate at basic level).
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook; familiar with Fast and CRM systems.
Experience: Experience in Finishing Engineering or related technical roles is an advantage.
