We’re Hiring: Telemarketer (B2B / Executive Outreach)

Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We are hiring a Telemarketer to connect with top executives from Asia’s largest companies. Your role is to promote prestigious business awards and industry events, persuade senior leaders to register, and help companies gain regional recognition and visibility.

This is a high-exposure B2B sales role, ideal for candidates who want to build confidence, communication skills, and a strong professional profile while earning performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to senior executives and decision-makers across Asia
• Present high-profile awards and events in a clear, confident, and persuasive way
• Research and identify the correct contact person using LinkedIn, company websites, and other tools
• Encourage executives to register and attend by explaining the benefits, prestige, and business value
• Meet and exceed daily call targets and project sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Motivated, hardworking, and comfortable speaking on the phone
• Willing to do daily outbound sales calls
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Confident, professional, and able to speak with C-level executives
• Goal-driven mindset with interest in sales, business, or client engagement
• Willing to work onsite in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
