1. About BIWOCO

We’re BIWOCO, a Vietnam-based software company under the umbrella of L.O.L. Consultants (Australia). We don’t just build software; we create amazing products that cater to the Australian market. Our team lives, thinks, eats, and sleeps product development, pushing boundaries to deliver extraordinary outcomes.

Why Join BIWOCO as an Intern?

  • Hands-On Experience: Work on real-world projects that directly impact our products.

  • Mentorship & Growth: Learn from seasoned engineers who are eager to share their expertise in coding, AWS services, and modern DevOps practices.

  • Innovation-Driven Culture: Explore new AI tools and be part of brainstorming sessions that shape our product’s future.

  • Flexible & Fun Environment: We care about what you deliver, not when and where you work. And yes—team hangouts and product discussions are a huge plus here!

2. Internship Overview

We’re searching for an ambitious Tester Intern who’s excited to dive into the world of software testing and quality assurance. During your internship, you’ll:

  • Develop Core Skills:

    • Collaborate with testers to learn best practices in test design, execution, and reporting.

    • Gain hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.

  • Work on Real Projects:

    • Contribute to product testing by developing test cases, running tests, and reporting defects.

    • Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and product improvements.

  • Grow Your AI Expertise:

    • Learn to use testing tools and frameworks for automated testing.

    • Experiment with new technologies to improve testing processes and enhance product quality.

  • Understand Product Ownership:

    • Understand user needs and product requirements, and contribute to delivering high-quality software.

    • Gain insights into how product development works from testing to release.

3. What You’ll Learn

  • Software Testing: Understand best practices for manual and automated testing and learn about common testing tools.

  • Quality Assurance: Gain insight into the processes for ensuring software reliability, security, and performance.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with teams in Vietnam and Australia, improving your technical skills and English communication.

  • Bug Tracking & Reporting: Learn how to manage defect reports, track issues, and improve testing cycles.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends in testing and quality assurance.

Job Requirement

  • Basic Understanding of Testing: You’ve either done coursework or have some personal experience in software testing, even if it's just an interest.

  • Attention to Detail: You are meticulous and can spot errors that others might miss.

  • Curiosity About QA Tools: An eagerness to explore testing frameworks and tools (don’t worry if you haven’t used them before).

  • Passion for Problem-Solving: You enjoy tackling testing challenges and learning new techniques.

  • Team Player: Comfortable asking questions, collaborating in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Good English Communication: You’re willing to improve and engage with our teams in Australia.
