1. Production Line Planning & Setup
- Lead the planning and establishment of new production lines, ensuring equipment layout and capacity design meet project requirements.
- Participate in the selection and evaluation of key equipment from POY texturing to DTY-sectional warping-water jet Weaving—washing (oil remove/pre-shrinkage)-setting—coating. based on a strong understanding of critical fabric parameters such as fabric width, coating type, finishing fabric (D/F), and raw materials (DTY/FDY/ATY), weft/warp yarn density. (Preference candidate have basic knowledge for POY manufacturing, like from PET chips or RPET pellet to Polyester yarn). Should have ability for development new type of fabric.
- Ensure production line capabilities support various fabric types required by the company and assess the impact of different fabric parameters on machine design and equipment selection.
2. Technical Research & Process Development
- Organize and actively participate in the study and research of the full textile manufacturing process, including DTY texturizing, weaving, washing, and coating as above.
- Focus on whole processes and master the processing flow and technical requirements of different process, example like texturing(different webbing process/parameters), warping(Section width/pattern), water jet machine( raw fabric width needs, SOP, ends per dent, plain weave, Twill weave etc.), washing( flat washing, chemical use, force needs, speed needs, width control), setting ( water resistance, width control etc., weight control), coating( PU, UV, PA, FR etc).
- Machine type suggestions, machine maintenance basic knowledge. Process flow improvement, and raw material usage control.
- Power usage control- steam, electricity, water, compressed air, LPG etc.
- Analyze chemical usage requirements and environmental pollution control solutions during production to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
3. Production Management & Team Development
- Develop production plans to ensure achievement of daily output targets and unit energy consumption goals.
- Build, train, and manage the production team to improve technical skills and operational performance.
- Establish, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while monitoring production quality, cost, and efficiency.
4. Supply Chain & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Support fabric sampling, laboratory testing, and supplier sourcing and evaluation activities.
- Lead or participate in technical visits to suppliers and conduct in-depth reviews of their production processes.
