Job Description

Support drafting, reviewing, translating and archiving contracts, official dispatches and legal documents.
Research and update legal regulations related to business activities (labor, trade, investment, internal regulations...) as required.
Supporting in handling legal procedures related to company operations and administration.
Coordinate with relevant departments in resolving arising legal issues.
Perform other duties as directed by superiors.

Proficient and above in English speaking, reading, and writing, especially with legal terminology.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Final year students or recent graduates majoring in Law, Economic Law or related fields.
Ability to draft and understand legal documents.
Meticulous, careful, honest, eager to learn and highly responsible.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work full-time during 6-month internship
