We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern (3 months / Training provided) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possess a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process while contributing to our team’s success.

What will you be doing?

• Write and post job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring they are attractive and informative to attract high-quality candidates.
• Source candidate CVs and manage the recruitment database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation.
• Screen resumes and applications against job descriptions, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Actively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

• Able to work full-time and commit to a 3-month internship.
• Working days: Mon to Fri, 8AM to 5PM
• No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage
• Passionate about HR work and possess strong resilience
• Can-do attitude, result-oriented, urge in learning and development
• Able to work independently to meet organizational goals
