Horizon Group builds leading sleep and comfort brands across Thailand and Taiwan. We are entering Vietnam with a TikTok-first strategy and are looking for a strong operator to drive KOL, livestream, and TikTok Shop growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth & KPIs
● Own TikTok Shop GMV performance, KOL sales, livestream results, and cost efficiency.
● Plan and execute daily/weekly TikTok commerce strategies.
● Monitor real-time metrics and optimize for conversion and ROI.
2. KOL Management
● Build and maintain a strong network of top and mid-tier KOLs in Vietnam.
● Connect with top creators across beauty, fashion, consumer goods, electronics, and sports.
● Negotiate partnership terms and drive “KOL selling” campaigns.

3. Livestream & Store Operations
● Lead livestream scheduling, and execution rhythm.
● Oversee daily TikTok Shop operations and ensure healthy account status.
● Own the livestream & short-video performance improvement loop
: execution review → insight → optimization → re-test
● Monitor, analyze, and coach livestreamer execution across show flow, engagement tactics, product pitching, and conversion performance to continuously improve GMV, watch time, and interaction rate
● Develop structured post-live reviews (quantitative data + qualitative feedback) and translate insights into actionable improvements for hosts and live scripts
● Define, track, and optimize key livestream KPIs
(e.g. GMV/hour, CTR, retention, comment rate, conversion)
● Monitor and analyze short-video execution by livestreamers and creators, focusing on hook strength, key message delivery, product clarity, and conversion intent
● Provide clear creative feedback and optimization initiatives to improve attention grabbing, watch-through rate, and click-to-shop performance
4. Team Leadership & Coordination
● Lead the Vietnam operations team (goal-setting, performance, coaching).
● Work closely with supply chain, brand, marketing and HQ.
● Take full accountability for business outcomes.
Qualifications
· Fluent in Vietnamese with strong English; Chinese is a plus.
· 2+ years in TikTok KOL, influencer, or livestream operations.
· Proven track record driving >1B VND GMV in TikTok Shop campaigns.
· Strong data-driven mindset, execution ability, and leadership qualities
