About The Role

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Tour Operation Coordinator to support our growing inbound travel business for Veitnam & Southeast Asia\

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hotels, transportation, guides, cruises, flights, and tour services.  
• Confirm and monitor bookings with suppliers.  
• Prepare operation files and service vouchers.
• Assist sales team with tour arrangements.  
• Handle customer requests and operational issues.  
• Ensure smooth delivery of tours from arrival to departure.  
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.  
• All works of Operation including customer services, contracting ,branding and Company business development

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tour operations, travel coordination, or related tourism field.  
• Good English communication skills.  
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.  
• Ability to work under pressure, overtime and manage multiple bookings.  
• Knowledge of Vietnam  & South-east Asia & destinations is an advantage.
