Tractor Truck Operation – Deputy Manager (Binh Duong)

- Implement the operations of the Tractor truck Section.

- Arrange vehicles according to the confirmed requirements.

- Control vehicle conditions and driver qualifications in accordance with company regulations and legal requirements.

- Control the issuance and efficient use of fuel.

- Plan and monitor vehicle repair and maintenance to ensure timely completion.

- Monitor the safety and compliance performance of subcontractors when assigning orders.

- Arrange and implement training programs related to Tractor truck Section.

- Improve the productivity of driver and fleet.

- Comply with job instructions, procedures, rules, and company regulations.

- Prepare and submit reports related to the Department’s operations on schedule.

- Coordinate with related sections to standardize TMS data for Tractor truck Section.

- Candidate must possess Bachelor/ College Degree of Logistics/ Transportation or equivalent.

- At least 2 years of experience in Transportation field.
- Communication in English (written and oral)

- Ability to work under pressure, high responsibility.

- Computer Skill, Management & soft skills.
