Trade Marketing Assistant (Temp 6 tháng)

1. Stock Management:
• Coordinate stock distribution; monitor inventory and reports.
• Manage stock, POSM, and slow-moving/near-expiry goods.

2. Promotion Execution:
• Support promotion programs and propose gift items.
• Coordinate Procurement and monitor effectiveness.

3. Merchandising Execution:
• Execute merchandising programs and manage POSM.
• Track execution on DMS and maintain documentation.

4. Sales Support & Report:
• Support budget, payments, and reporting.
• Support system operations and other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years in Trade Marketing, Sales Support, or related fields.

• Expertise: Display & promotion execution, supplier management, and data analysis.

• Tools: Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Project Management: Skills in planning, budget tracking, and timeline control.

• Strong organizational skills with a focus on data accuracy and documentation.

• Good communication and effective coordination with Sales, Marketing, and suppliers.

• Ability to handle on-site issues and work under high pressure.

• Proactive, result-oriented, and strong sense of ownership.
