1. Job Purpose
The Brand Activation Executive plays a key role in planning, executing, and coordinating on-site events and offline marketing initiatives to support student recruitment and strengthen BRIS brand engagement. This role focuses on cross-functional collaboration with Academic (R&D), Admissions, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver impactful activation campaigns and measurable offline leads.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Event & Activation Management (70%)
- Plan and execute in-house and external events: Demo Classes, Open Days, Workshops, and community activation activities (e.g., at residential complexes, schools, malls).
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and manpower for annual flagship events: Graduation Ceremony, Sport Day, Back to School, etc.
- Act as the project coordinator for recruitment events in collaboration with R&D and Admissions teams.
- Ensure all events follow brand guidelines, are delivered professionally, and meet timeline and budget requirements.
- Work closely with vendors, internal departments, and school leadership to align all executional details.
B. Brand Activation & Offline Lead Generation (30%)
- Develop and implement offline campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Track and optimize offline lead generation channels to complement digital efforts.
- Support distribution and placement of marketing materials (POSM) across campuses and activation points.
- Contribute ideas to integrate branding activities across touchpoints and ensure cohesive storytelling.
