1. Job Purpose
Support the execution of Trade Marketing activities on the Modern Trade channel (supermarkets, hypermarkets, minimarts, convenience store chains, etc.) to ensure effective promotion implementation, in-store visibility, and sales growth at the point of sale.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Execution Support
• Assist in executing promotional programs and in-store activations across MT chains (Co.opmart, Big C, WinMart, Aeon, etc.)
• Monitor and ensure display compliance according to guidelines (planogram, POSM standards)
• Coordinate with Sales/PG teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns
B. POSM & Materials Management
• Track and manage POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials: wobblers, standees, shelf talkers, etc.)
• Support ordering, allocation, and distribution of POSM to MT outlets
• Check and report on POSM usage and in-store display conditions
C. Data & Reporting
• Collect data on sell-outs, promotions, and in-store execution
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance (promotion tracking, store coverage, visibility check)
• Support data consolidation and basic analysis to suggest improvements
D. Coordination
• Work closely with cross-functional teams: Sales, Agencies, Suppliers, Merchandisers
• Track progress of activation and sampling activities (if applicable)
E. Ad-hoc Tasks
• Support other Trade Marketing projects as assigned by the manager
• Contribute ideas for in-store activation and shopper engagement initiatives
Education
• 3rd or 4th-year student, or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
Skills & Competencies
• Good organizational and task management skills
• Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills (reporting skills are a plus)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Other Requirements
• Willing to travel for store visits when required
• Interest in FMCG / Retail industry is an advantage
