Trade Marketing Team Leader/ Specialist

• Develop and manage the trade marketing plan in both short-term and long-term.
• Oversee new store openings, including site survey, visibility solution, promotion scheme, leaflet development and distribution, and opening events.
• Plan and execute action plans for low-performing group stores as needed.
• Standardize the POSM package, monitor POSM production, ensure delivery to stores, and manage stock of MKT POSM and equipment.
• Plan and execute exhibitions, activations, workshops, and events.
• Search for, finalize, and evaluate the quality of service providers.
• Manage the trade marketing budget by controlling costs and allocating resources effectively for in-store activities.
• Collaborate with partners as required.
• Perform other tasks as required.

• 3 - 5 years experience in Trade/ Marketing Manager in the retail industry.
• Experience in planning & executing promotion/ activation is a must.
• In Must be aware of the market trends, competitors in the market and future threats.
• Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and should believe in team work and collective efforts.
• Excellent communication skill with internal & external teams.
